Stand up your club on Freyaa
Sign up, set your branding, add courts and the rules members book against. Most clubs are ready to invite members on day one.

Switch over and tell members
Bulk-import members and send the welcome email from your branded subdomain. Old bookings can either be backfilled or left to age out.

Coming from a spreadsheet
The most common path — a Google Sheet or Excel workbook tracking bookings and dues.
- Member CSV import accepts email + name, plus optional role and tier.
- Court rules and pricing get set in the Courts tab in under an hour.
- Past bookings rarely need to come across — most clubs leave them in the sheet.
Coming from a generic booking SaaS
You're on a tool that does bookings but not tournaments, lifecycle email or audit log.
- Export your member list and current bookings to CSV.
- Mirror your court rules in Freyaa before flipping the DNS.
- Run both systems in parallel for a week so members are warned before the switch.
Coming from a custom internal tool
Your club built something in-house — usually a PHP app or a Notion+Stripe glue.
- Use Freyaa's CSV import for members; lessons and coaches go in directly through the dashboard.
- Stripe customers can be re-attached so member subscriptions keep their billing history.
- Talk to us — there's almost always a sensible cut-over weekend.
