Who's using what
When you sign up, you're agreeing to use Freyaa for facility management. If you're a club owner you're also agreeing to a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — your members' personal data flows through us under that contract.

Terms of service

Acceptable use
Don't try to break things, run security tooling without prior written consent, attempt to access another tenant's data, or use the platform to facilitate illegal activity. We monitor the audit log; suspicious activity gets your account suspended.
Payments
Club subscriptions and member subscriptions both run through Stripe. Failed payments enter a grace period; persistent failure suspends platform access until resolved.
Liability
We provide the platform on a "best effort" basis. We're not liable for losses arising from your business decisions, weather, or third-party service outages. The full cap and exclusions are spelled out in the production version of these terms.
Termination
Either side can terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination we provide a full data export and then anonymise your records per the privacy policy.
