Caps are enforced on create — exceeding one blocks new rows but never deletes existing data. Features are flag-gated; the dashboard tells you which plan unlocks something before you try to use it.
Every plan starts with 14 days free. We collect a card at sign-up so the platform unlocks immediately, but the first charge is at the end of the trial — cancel any time before then and nothing is taken. No demo call, no sales call, no procurement form.
No. Member payments and tournament fees go through Stripe Connect — funds settle to the club's bank account directly, usually within 2–7 days per Stripe's standard schedule. Stripe keeps their processing fee (1.5% + 20p UK domestic). We don't take a percentage on Pro and below.
Existing data is grandfathered — if you grow past your member or court limit we don't suspend the club or hide rows. New creates are blocked with a clear upsell pointer until you switch plan, and switching keeps your existing trial window if you're still in one.
Yes. Switching tier on the dashboard updates the existing Stripe subscription rather than starting a new one — your trial carries across, no double-billing. The change applies immediately and Stripe pro-rates the difference at the next invoice.
Settings → Subscription → Manage billing on Stripe. That link mints a one-shot URL into Stripe's hosted Customer Portal where you can update card, download every invoice as PDF, change billing email, or cancel. Stripe owns the page — your card details never sit in Freyaa's database.
Two things. White-label / custom domain (mapping book.yourclub.com to your member portal) and SSO (SAML / OIDC for staff sign-in) — both are Enterprise-only because they need DNS / IdP work that we configure for you.
Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal at any time. The platform stays available until the end of your billing period — no early cut-off. After cancellation you can export everything as JSON; we hold operational data for 60 days for change-of-heart, then anonymise. Billing records are retained for 7 years for HMRC.
