Directory
Members pick the coach, not just the slot.
Coach profiles with photo, sports, rates, credentials and a short bio. Members filter by sport and price range, then book lessons directly. Each coach owns their profile and can edit it themselves.
Stripe checkout
Members pay the club, not the coach.
Lesson payments go through the same Stripe Connect account as bookings. Funds settle to the club's bank account. The coach's share is recorded against the lesson on the earnings ledger; the club settles when ready.
Earnings ledger
Every lesson billed lands here.
Per-coach ledger of every lesson, its price, the date and whether it's been paid. Mark rows as paid in batch when you settle — the audit log captures who marked what, with before/after diffs on every change.

FAQ
Frequently asked.
Do coaches need their own Stripe account?
No. Members pay the club through Stripe Connect; the coach's share is recorded against the lesson on the earnings ledger. The club settles with each coach on their own schedule (we don't auto-pay coaches yet — manual mark-as-paid only).
How does coach availability work?
Each coach configures the slots they're available for and members book directly into those slots. Per-coach weekly hour caps are on the roadmap.
Can a member book a coach who isn't at our club?
No. Coaches are scoped to your club. If a coach moves clubs, they can be added to multiple clubs separately, but each club manages them independently.
How do I add or remove a coach?
From /dashboard/coaches → Invite. Removing a coach is soft-delete — past lessons remain on the earnings ledger so you can still reconcile, but they're hidden from the directory and can't take new bookings.
