Is Freyaa really built for pickleball clubs?
Yes. The court grid, member tiers, partner-invite flow and tournament formats all support pickleball out of the box. Our team runs and plays at racket clubs across the UK and EU.
Can I migrate from another pickleball platform?
Yes — CSV import handles members, court schedules and historic bookings. Most clubs are live in under a week. See the migration guide for the full checklist.
How do payments work?
Stripe Connect. Each club has its own connected Stripe account; member payments and tournament fees settle directly to you. Freyaa charges a flat platform fee, never a percentage of your members' money.
Do members need a separate app?
No. The member portal is mobile-first web, on your subdomain, with your colours and logo. Members can also save it to their home screen for an app-like feel.
Can I split a tennis court into multiple pickleball courts?
Yes. Define each pickleball court as its own resource, then optionally mark the parent tennis court as locked when any pickleball sub-court has a booking. Conflict-detection still happens at the database level.
