Export your members from the ClubSpark admin, drop the file into Freyaa, and your club is live on a flat-fee platform by the end of the working day. Most well-named columns are auto-mapped; anything we don't recognise is flagged before you import.

How the switch from ClubSpark actually goes.

Four steps. Most owners do this themselves in under an hour. Skip step three if you'd rather we handle the export — Pro / Enterprise gets it free during the trial.

Sign in to ClubSpark Admin

You need an owner / admin role. Member-level accounts can't export the full roster.

Open the Membership module

In the admin sidebar, choose Membership. Either pick a specific package or open "View all members" — both can be exported.

Select members and export CSV

Tick the box at the top of the list (next to the First Name column header) to select everyone, then click the three-dot "more" menu and choose Export CSV. ClubSpark generates the file with all the contact + address fields attached.

Drop the CSV into Freyaa

In Freyaa, go to Members → Import. Drop the file or paste it in. The wizard tells you how many columns it auto-mapped and lists anything it didn't recognise — you can ignore those or send the column name to us so we add it.

The honest list.

Some things port across cleanly. Others — past bookings, mid-flight tournaments — are easier to leave behind. Here's exactly what comes from ClubSpark.
