Step by step
How the switch from CourtReserve actually goes.
Four steps. Most owners do this themselves in under an hour. Skip step three if you'd rather we handle the export — Pro / Enterprise gets it free during the trial.

Open the Members Report
In the admin area, find Reports → Members Report. Set the filters to "All members" (or whichever segment you're bringing across).

Pick the output columns and run
CourtReserve lets you tick the columns to include in the report output — make sure name, email, phone, membership type and DOB are all checked. Click Run Report, then export to CSV.

Drop the CSV into Freyaa
Members → Import in your Freyaa dashboard. The wizard tells you what fraction of columns auto-mapped; anything left over is shown so you can ignore it or ask us to add support for it.

Some things port across cleanly. Others — past bookings, mid-flight tournaments — are easier to leave behind. Here's exactly what comes from CourtReserve.
Member contact details
Email, name, mobile, address
MemberID → Freyaa member number
Carried over verbatim
Membership Type → Freyaa tiers
Matched by name; create missing tiers first if you want control
DOB and start dates
Anything CourtReserve stores in the standard date fields
Court schedules
Re-create in the Courts tab — usually faster than importing them
Past reservations
Skipped by default — they almost never come along for the ride
