Skedda does generic spaces well — it doesn't do tiers, lifecycle email, audit logs or tournaments. Moving means stopping the duplicate-tool sprawl (Skedda + Mailchimp + a spreadsheet) and getting one place that does the lot.

Step by step
How the switch from Skedda actually goes.
Four steps. Most owners do this themselves in under an hour. Skip step three if you'd rather we handle the export — Pro / Enterprise gets it free during the trial.

Open the Users area
In the Skedda admin, head to Users. You want the full venue list, not a filtered tag view.

Export all users
Click "Export all users" and pick CSV (XLSX also works — Freyaa parses both). The file includes the Tag column where your member groupings live.

Drop the CSV into Freyaa
Members → Import. We auto-map common columns; anything unrecognised (Skedda-specific metadata) is flagged so you can decide what to do with it.
